Change & return policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, with a return to the eshop or Ermina Brunella store.
The product or products must be in the condition in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or are in any condition other than their original condition.
In case of return to the eshop it is necessary to inform us by email about the return. During a discount period the discount items are changed only with discount products, as well as the products that are on Offer throughout the year are changed only with products of the same category. Returned products can be changed to another item, size or color, or refunded. We refund the amount of the value of the product, including discount products. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Make sure they are properly packaged and can not be damaged during transport. Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products, but can not be redeemed for cash. Returns we receive outside of our policy terms will not be accepted.
Return of the product to the eshop of Ermina Brunella
In case you want to return a product, please first contact the Customer Service Department at [email protected] stating your order number, the product or products you wish to return and the reason for their return.
Return of defective product
All Ermina Brunella products undergo strict quality controls. However, if you encounter a problem and the product you received is defective, you should follow these steps:

-Fill in the attached Return Form that you have received with your order.
-Insert the return form together with the product you wish to return in safe packaging-Call the transport company and return the parcel to the address Diomeias 10 Syntagma, 10563.
Ermina Brunella will either replace your defective product with a new one (depending on stock) or refund your money.
In case of replacement, we will need 3-5 working days from the receipt of the return so that the process and shipping of the new product is completed.
In case of refund, it will depend on the payment method with which the initial purchase was made. That is, cash on delivery will be refunded to the bank account you stated on the return form, credit / debit card payment will be refunded to your card and similarly PayPal payment will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Once we receive your return, the refund procedures will begin. The way the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by canceling your credit card charge, or by refunding via Paypal, or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days in the bank account that you will indicate to us as long as you have paid with pay on delivery. We will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the products and any shipping costs.
